Day 1 · Agadir and the Atlantic coast
Enjoy time around Agadir before heading inland. Walk beside the ocean, relax after your arrival or discuss a visit to a viewpoint. The day can be adjusted to how much sightseeing you would like before the tour continues.
Day 2 · Agadir → Taroudant → Ouarzazate
Leave the Atlantic coast and travel inland via Taroudant towards Ouarzazate. This is a full transfer day, with stops for views and refreshments. The contrast between coastal Morocco and the southern valleys is part of the journey.
Day 3 · Ouarzazate → Draa Valley → Merzouga
Travel through southern landscapes and palm-lined valleys towards the Sahara. Pause in villages along the route before reaching Merzouga and the Erg Chebbi dunes. Discuss sunset activities and your preferred desert accommodation when planning the trip.
Day 4 · A full day around Merzouga
Keep a full day for the Sahara region rather than another long transfer. Explore the villages and landscapes around Erg Chebbi, with time for local music or a guided desert excursion. Camel riding and a camp stay can be arranged according to your preferences.
Day 5 · Merzouga → Draa Valley → Ouarzazate
Depart the dunes for a day through the south, passing desert settlements and the landscapes of the Draa Valley. Finish in Ouarzazate, where an overnight stay divides the return journey into two stages.
Day 6 · Ouarzazate → Taroudant → Agadir
Travel west towards Agadir, taking breaks along the route through southern Morocco. Reach the coast later in the day. This is a road-focused day, so any extra sightseeing should be balanced with the distance to cover.
